SirDavis Whisky is a creation of Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, launched in 2024 in collaboration withMoët Hennessyand Scottish master distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden. Made from 51% rye and 49% malted barley, this whisky pays tribute to Beyoncé’s great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, a farmer and moonshiner during Prohibition in Texas. Aged in new charred oak casks and sherry casks, it offers a balance of buttery caramel, rye spice and biscuit sweetness. The finish is long and velvety, marked by honey, cherries and ripe grapes.
