Domaine Hugo, Botley’s Col Fondo 2022

This natural light sparkling wine is unfined and unfiltered. The neck is not frozen during disgorgement and therefore may appear cloudy. The palate has wonderful texture and is full of rich buttery citrus and soft bread pudding.

Sugrue, Salt Eire NV

A lean, lemony Chardonnay, balanced beautifully with a little weight on the mid-palate from fermentation in barrel, with a long, creamy finish to tie it all together.

The Juice Asylum, Il Terzo Grado 2024

Cherry sorbet fruits, violet petal and blackcurrant on the nose. The mouth is buoyant as it sloshes cheerily with a swirl of red and black fruits. It’s juicy and bright, with gently grippy tannins and plenty of verve.

Castello di Verduno, Barbera d’Alba 2023

Expect red fruits, plums, and ripe blackberries, with a spicy hint of liquorice. Charmingly smooth on the palate, with a medium body and the refreshingly typical acidity of the variety.

Les Vins de Vienne, Crozes Hermitage Les Palignons 2022

Les Palignons is an ample, crunchy and generous Crozes-Hermitage that tastes particularly good with steak with shallots, and stone grilled meat with Bearnaise sauce.

Chateau Cambon La Pelouse, Haut-Medoc 2018

Located on the boundary of the prestigious Margaux appellation, Cambon La Pelouse counts world-famous estates such as Giscours, La Lagune and Château du Tertre among its close neighbours. An intense and concentrated Bordeaux with aromas of blackcurrant, herbs, chocolate, and graphite.
