Sking or Queen 2021 white is made from Albillo Real grapes grown on old vines. After a month’s skin fermentation, it was aged in stainless steel tanks with lees for eight months, hence the name “orange wine”. It has a golden colour and a nose of yellow fruit, quince paste, pollen and a delicate herbaceous touch. It has great freshness and lively acidity. Its texture is round, with fine tannins and good volume. A gastronomic orange wine, elegant, complex, with lots of personality, intense and versatile.
