This is a negociant cuvée — Fabien steps outside his usual terroir! A blend of Cinsault and Malbec, from 35-year-old vines on sandy and limestone soils, across two different departments. Hand-harvested. Vinification: 7 days of whole-cluster maceration in concrete vats, 6 months of ageing in egg-shaped concrete tanks. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphur.
