Sole from Domaine de l’Ecu, is a natural white wine produced by Fred Niger. 100% Chenin from vines cultivated biodynamically. Loire Valley wine.

100% Chenin from vines cultivated biodynamically (and certified by Demeter) and planted on a two-hectare plot with an orthogneiss subsoil, facing southeast. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, the grapes are received at the winery by gravity, with zero pumps used, followed by direct pressing in a pneumatic press, without settling. Matured in concrete vats, and bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and just a microdose of sulphur.
