On the nose, Soleil d’Arche 2022 opens with fruity aromas dominated by quince, enhanced by notes of lychee, green apple and a subtle touch of beeswax. The palate is lively and juicy, combining tart freshness and roundness. It reveals flavours of candied citrus, green apple and exotic fruits, prolonged by a hint of orange on the finish, which is bright and persistent.
