Nestled on the hillsides of Gaillac, Domaine Duffau is a family adventure led by Bruno and Anne, travellers who became winemakers out of passion. After travelling the world, they chose to put down roots here and create sincere, small-scale wines. Among them is Sortilèges 2023: a delicious, spicy cuvée made from oldSyrahand Braucol vines, harvested by hand. It offers notes of black fruit, pepper and a touch of liquorice, with a supple, full-bodied and fresh palate. Aged in vats and stoneware jars, it pairs beautifully with grilled meat, cassoulet or duck confit.
