A crisp and refreshing sparkling wine with delicate aromas of green apple, citrus, and subtle floral notes. The palate is clean and balanced, featuring fine bubbles and a dry finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light tapas, seafood, or fresh salads.

Diwald, Gruner Veltliner Sekt Extra Brut NV

A fragrant wine that shouts out Gruner Veltliner with the green, grassy tones abundant on the nose. A wonderfully accessible bead and a palate brimming with fresh fruit and green peppers. Made in the traditional method, which means that beautiful soft yeast tones linger on the long finish.

Karl Haidle, Chardonnay- Pinot Noir Brut Sekt 1869 NV

This sparkling wine is elegant, showing aromas of yellow apple, quince, and a hint of apricot with a light note of fresh pastries. The slightly creamy texture and delicate bubbles will make you want another glass. 1869 refers to the date David Haidle bought the house which has been the family’s home for generations and is now their winery.
