The Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Few Spirits is a bourbon handcrafted in small batches and aged in charred oak barrels for at least three years. Made in USA.

A Bourbon made from three cereals: 70% of corn (necessarily more than 51% as soon as you have the Bourbon appellation), 20% of rye and 10% of barley. Mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling are all done at the Few Distillery, a craft product in a grain-to-glass spirit. Minimum three years of aging in charred new oak barrels, to give toasted notes to the whisky.

Few Spirits is an American distillery founded in 2011 and based in Chicago, Illinois. Created by Paul Hletko, this Master Distiller always knew that if he managed to produce spirits one day, he wanted to make something different, delicious and fun. A great American mix that today translates into locally sourced ingredients, small-batched and truly handcrafted production. Undoubtedly, the city where it was born has a strong influence on Few Spirits, even on the look and feel of the design, whose label pays homage to the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair. Despite its well-deserved success, the distillery has remained faithful to its original philosophy, and Paul and his team continue to offer consistently impeccable spirits that are true to their craft roots and reminiscent of their home base.
