This is a mainstay of our Australian portfolio that adds a nice bit of variety to the wines we ship out of South Australia. Strout Road Vintners is a multi-varietal white blend, with the lion’s share of that taken up by Semillon, which we used as the building block. We then set about carefully layering on top little dashes of Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The finished wine is wonderfully expressive with just a touch of creaminess that’s balanced out by a gorgeous mouth-watering acidity. An epic white that is very much more than the sum of its parts.
