After Julian White (one of the owners of the renowned whisky bar, Whisky and Alement) spent over 5 hours exhausting his palate on dram after dram of unlabelled Sullivans Cove, he came to a weary conclusion the next morning, having said ‘that’ll doâ€?the night before. What he came up with was an expression that spoke volumes of how complex and interesting a multi cask whisky can be, stating that single cask whiskies aren’t the only offering of unique and interesting characteristics.
