Another well-aged Sullivan’s Cove released in late 2019. This is part of the ‘Old and Rareâ€?collection which is a new designation reserved for a handful of casks that show potential for extended maturation. These whiskies mature for at least sixteen years gaining incredible length and depth of flavour. Barrel HH0541 yielded 447 bottles at natural strength.
