French Oak ex-Pinot Noir Single Cask SC0387 was filled in August of 2017 into a single barrel. It’s the Sullivans Cove expression that has become a legend, and one of the most sought-after Australian whiskies after winning World’s Best at the World Whiskies Awards in 2014 â€?and again in 2019. At seven years old, this cask was decanted in September of 2024, bottled unflocked and unfiltered at 46.1% Alc./Vol with an outturn of 379 bottles.
