A crisp, fresh and fruity wine, that is aromatic and dry. Made from a blend of Siegerrebe and Schonberger grapes, it has hints of lychee, passion fruit and peaches and is an excellent wine to drink with seafood, lightly spiced dished or on its own.

Swanaford Estate is a small, family-run vineyard producing award-winning sparkling and still wines from grapes grown on south-east-facing slopes on Dartmoor, Devon. The 10-acre vineyard, located six miles to the south west of Exeter, is planted with Champagne clones of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier as well as a block of Bacchus, Siegerrebbe and Schonberger.
