The Renaissance range launched in 2015, is a series of dry, very concentrated wines made from an unusual and unique winemaking approach. The grapes are harvested when very ripe and some of them are placed on racks. These grapes are dried through over maturation for three months. At the beginning of December, the dried grapes are added into the initial wine. These grapes will then infuse for three months, producing tannins and some discreet sugars. In this way, the wine gains richness and complexity.
