Syrah2024–Flores

This Syrah stands out from the usual profiles that can be found in theLanguedoc . Generally speaking, the monovarietal Syrahs produced in the south are sun-kissed (quite fleshy and powerful), but here we take the opposite approach. This cuvée is particularly fresh and juicy, with fresh, crunchy blackcurrant tasting very gourmet but not heavy. More discreetly, there are also hints of violets and pepper.
