This is fragrant, almost medicinal, with moreish Mediterranean herbs, along side this is orange zest and fleshy pineapple. The palate is a perfect balance of texture and tension, marmalade and tropical fruits provided the texture then a sandy minerality nicely brings in the tension. A lengthy salivating finish.
