Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature allows for gentle extraction of colour and the retention of freshness. A touch of top-end oak offers the support to the fresh red fruit and results in a wine that is made for today’s palate â€?rich fruit, a bit of structure and lots of freshness.
