Tarra Di Sognu Blanc 2024 from Clos Canarelli is a biodynamic white wine produced by Yves Canarelli. Outstanding finesse and refinement. Not to be missed!

A blend of Vermentino, Carcaghjolu Bianco, Genovese, and Rimenese from biodynamically farmed vines, planted in 2010 with the help of Patrick Fioramonti. The vineyard spans 3 hectares in Bonifacio, on clay-limestone soils, with a hot, windy climate and strong maritime influence. Vinification: direct pressing of whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and 8-month aging in large foudres. Bottled after a very light filtration, no fining.
