For over a century, Taylor Fladgate and Yeatman has owned the beautiful riverside estate of Vargellas, in the remote eastern reaches of the upper Douro Valley. Quinta de Vargellas produces some of the world’s most sought after Vintage Ports.

This bottle contains an exceptional and rare wine made at the 2009 vintage only from the grapes of the very oldest vines on the estate. These vines, some planted over seventy years ago, have very small yields but produce wines of great concentration and power.
