There are a number of wines that have specific uses. You’ve only really got one choice with this dry white Port and that’s to serve it as an aperitif. It really does get the appetite going. Pour it chilled neat, over ice or, our favourite, make a cheeky tall cocktail with it. One part white Port, two parts tonic, a few sprigs of fresh mint, your citrus slice of choice and a healthy amount of ice. It is super refreshing in warmer months and a quality way to get a dinner party started the year round.
