An award-winner from one of the stars of the Irish whiskey scene, Teeling focused on layers of flavour for this small batch bottling. Fully matured in ex-bourbon barrels, it gets much of its sweet/spicy character from time spent in ex-rum barrels – up to 12 months. Good on its own, it’s also perfect in a classic whiskey cocktail.
