TEMPERANCE2020

The purity of the Temperance 2020 wine is so essential, superb quality raw material in Chardonnay and Tressallier grapes.

A majority Chardonnay and a splash of Tressallier (a rare variety) both from Auvergne, the home-region of winemaker Francoise Gilles, vinified in his Savoie winery. The purity of this cuvee is so essential and far reaching that you really get touched by it. Its full of life, beaming with flavour and superbly balanced. A tiny production, serve chilled but not very cold (about 30 minutes in the fridge). Can be served from a carafe/decanter.
