Expressive, it has aromas of red and black fruit, with subtle notes of spice and vanilla adding complexity. Touches of light oak can also be detected, resulting from its maturation in cask. TheLurtonfamily uses modern winemaking methods to maximise the expression of the grape variety, while respecting local traditions. This wine can be served with a multitude of dishes.
