For 6 generations, the famous Brunier family has handed down several estates in the heart of the northern Rhône Valley. Domaine Les Pallières, situated in the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, has been one of the renowned estates to have inherited this family know-how since 1998. Les Terrasses du Diable is a parcel-by-parcel selection of 90%GrenacheNoir, with equal parts Mourvèdre andClairette . These vines have been grown on very steep terraces with limestone scree from the neighbouring Dentelles de Montmirail. The result is a subtle nectar with notes of cocoa, black fruit, spices, chocolate and liquorice. The aromatic richness of this Gigondas will appeal to fans of the appellation and of the Brunier family’s wines. We recommend opening it at least one hour before drinking, to bring out its full potential!
