Terre de Paillé 2023 from Domaine de la Clartière is a 100% Chenin Anjou Blanc that elegantly expresses the freshness and richness of its terroir. Its pale yellow colour with golden highlights precedes a fine and expressive nose, blending citrus fruits, ripe pears and white flowers, enhanced by a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the lively attack gives way to a full-bodied and silky texture, supported by delicate ageing on fine lees, which brings complexity and length. Harmonious and indulgent while remaining very fresh, this wine is ideal with seafood, refined fish or a selection of characterful cheeses, and can be cellared for a few years.
