After the roaring success of the 16 Little Black Pigs Pinot Grigio, we thought we’d create a slightly upscale version of it with the help of Mr. Steve Grimley, our man Down Under. Like its junior peer, this wine is full of easy, lemon-infused scents and an exuberant, crisp vitality, citrus fruit at its heart, crunchy acidity and a long, lively finish â€?but all with added intensity. We don’t want to complicate a good formula, so we haven’t.
