Tasting Note

Clare Valley Riesling has a typical crisp, tangy and dry character with aromas of citrus, blossom and mineral hints. It has a sense of fun on a deliciously juicy, mouthfilling palate with wonderful, guava and lemon fruit and mouthwatering freshness. A nice alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Albarino

Try with seabass cooked with ginger and coriander.

“If you’re looking for a refreshing wine to enjoy in the sun, you should give Riesling a try. This is from the Clare Valley and has some lovely tropical hints and acidity that makes its really food friendly. Try it with aromatic fish dishes.”

Wild & Wilder is all about great fruit, grown by great people and made with a lot of love by people that know that wine is all about the good times, delicious food and creating great memories. Founded by Giles Cooke MW & Fergal Tynan MW, who also make wine for Thistledown, the mundane is just not in their DNA. The artwork on the character series of labels is inspired by the esteemed 19th century French caricaturist JJ Grandville.
