Matthew Gloag bought malt whiskies from distilleries around Scotland and built up a reputation for his cellars. Today that tradition continues with the release of three new super-premium blended Malt whiskies from Gloags. It is a credit to master distiller John Ramsay and his team that a brand selling more than 30 million bottles of whisky in some 100 countries can conjure up and win acclaim for a 30 year old luxury product such as this. The 30 Year Old Famous Grouse Malt Scotch Whisky is created from the finest single malt whiskies including the world renowned ‘Macallanâ€?and ‘Highland Park.â€?These whiskies are left undisturbed to mature for a minimum period of thirty years, though many rest for considerably longer. Each cask is then individually selected to create a blended malt whisky of exceptional character.
