Our beloved friend and winemaker Steve Grimley has been making exceptional Aussie wines for as long as we can remember. Renowned for his drove of black pigs which roam his vineyard, he thought it was only right to name this wine after his first and most beloved pig, Tanuki. Crafted from 100% McLaren Vale Shiraz, there was no expense spared in the making of this remarkable small batch Shiraz. With a nose of abundant ripe black fruit, liquorice and flint followed by an indulgent palate of dark plum, spice, cassis and cinnamon, this wine will pair perfectly with a premium Sirloin steak or roasted lamb chops.
