This PINK 2018 magnum was made from 40% Pinot Noir and 60% Pinot Meunier,100% of the juice was from the cuvée.Less than half the base wines went though malo-lactic fermentation and some 16% were fermented in neutral oak barrels. It was disgorged to 9.0 g/l of residual sugar and has a total acidity of 8.6 g/l.It has had 53 months on lees and8months under cork.
