Tinc Sec Ancestral is lovely sparkling ancestral natural white wine that is grown and made in Penedes at the heart of the Cava growing region.

This Pet Nat by Mas Candi in Penedes, Catalonia is a real happy wine. Green apples excite the nose continuing to the palate where it is full of white grapefruit notes with a touch of complexity on the finish. The whole experience is balanced by a subtle cava-like minerality. We recommend serving cold and If you like your bubbles more subtle you can open the bottle and keep it in the fridge 10-20 before drinking (The bubbles will turn smaller and softer). Perfect to open on a Friday after work when you’ve got nothing but a relaxed weekend ahead of you.
