In 2014, David and Nadia Sadie bought a 200-year-old estate ideally located at Siebritskloof, in the Paardeberg mountains, in the heart of the Swartland region. Their philosophy is based on the most natural approach to viticulture, centred on knowledge and respect for the grape varieties, the soil, nature and its rhythms. The long but delicate extraction of tannins from the Cinsault and fruit from theGrenachegive an elegant, concentrated character to this Swartland blend. Aromas of red fruit with flavours of fragrant cherry mingle with notes of black pepper and raspberry, leading to a lingering finish.
