Torroxal Albarino is a classic Albarino from Rias Baixas in north western Spain. Peach, apricot and citrus flavours with good weight and texture. A complex yet approachable style.

Adegas Valmiñor is located in the valley of O Rosal in Southern Galicia just across the border from Portugal. Valmiñor means “minor valley” and with mild temperatures year-round, abundant rainfall, Atlantic and Miño River influence and soil rich in minerals the location provides excellent conditions for growing and ripening. The winery was founded in 1997 with the Albariño grape is at the heart of production. Ultra-modern new facilities were quickly built and today the tradition of the wine growers is matched with state of the art technology to produce quality wines with innovative character.

The symbol of Valmiñor portrays four Celtic symbols – rain, sun, air, and land – uncovered from ancient markings excavated on a nearby mountain.
