The Touraine Chenonceaux Blanc 2023 from Domaine de la Renaudie is an exceptional dry white wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the best slopes of the Cher Valley. Harvested at night and aged in vats on lees, this cuvée offers a distinctive and powerful nose, between grapefruit and white flowers. On the palate, it is full-bodied, subtly sweet and enhanced by a discreet liveliness.
