This majority Pinot Noir (with a splash of pinot gris) is made to be crunchy, thirst-quenching juice of joy. A touch of spice and welcomed freshness, no heaviness – maximum satisfaction. Fantastic value for a natural wine that comes in 1 Litre bottle; just in case someone would insist on sharing it with you. We recommend opening 30-40 minutes before serving and pour at 14c-16c which is about 25-30 minutes in the fridge.Excellent pair with Charcuterie, grilled meat, fish, pasta dishes, risotto, sautéed vegetables.
