100% Chardonnay and Extra-Brut, produced from terroirs in the Valle de Brunet â€?Romery, Fleury la Rivière and Cormoyeux.

This floral, mineral cuvée is blended with 20% wines from old Chardonnay wine, aged in large oak casks (foudres).

It is matured for 36 months sur lie before disgorgement and will keep for a further 3 years; dosage is 6 grams of sugar per litre.

Since 2019, Tribaut has been one of the first Champagne houses to convert to fully organic growing �a rarity in Champagne and something that for the large Houses is almost impossible.
