Trigone Blancis a “light” wine that gets straight to the point. In fact, on tasting, it is incredibly drinkable, with a lovely roundness on the palate and, at the same time, an extreme freshness enlivened by mineral and citrus notes. In fact, behind the appeal of a casual wine, is all the hard work of a winemaker with a passion for his work, who runs his estate biodynamically, without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. The grapes are harvested by hand and matured in tuns.
