Fabien Reboul, the passionate winemaker behind this cuvée, is committed to producing wines with minimal intervention, allowing the grapes to express themselves fully and naturally. The wine’s deep, brilliant garnet colour reveals a rich aroma of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, followed by subtle hints of liquorice and spice. On the palate, this wine seduces with its generous structure and silky tannins, offering a long, elegant finish. An extremely precise wine with no added sulphites.
