Tu vin plus aux soirées is an organic red wine produced by Fabien Jouves from Mas Del Périé. To be shared between friends, an accessible, supple, fruity wine.

Blend of Malbec, Gamay, and Syrah from organically farmed vines averaging 25 years old, planted on high-altitude clay-limestone slopes. Green work in the vineyard, manual harvest, certified organic wine. Natural vinification: 7 days of whole-cluster maceration, fermentations in concrete vats, and 6 months of aging on lees in the same tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
