White wine barrel-aged Saison (Lambicus Edition). A collaboration project between Twisted Barrel, Coventry University, Mashionistas Brewing Company and Beer Gonzo. This explores using wild yeast and its effects on the flavour of the beer. Similar to Lambic style Saison in Europe. This resulted in a Belgian-style saison ale.
