This wine is a standout from our Two Plus One series, where exceptional vineyard practices meet expert winemaking. We meticulously select high-quality grape parcels and enhance them by blending in a touch of something extraordinary. Our latest creation highlights the storied Malbecs of Cahors, a region celebrated for its robust reds. Crafted in collaboration with winemaker Elodie, this Malbec presents deep, dark fruit flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry, complemented by a rich palate featuring notes of vanilla, chocolate, and delicate floral hints. Its complexity is further enriched with subtle nuances of eucalyptus, herbs, and a distinctive mineral quality reminiscent of crushed rocks.
