Ultreia SaintJacquesrefers to the pilgrims who pass through the vineyards en route to Santiago de Compostela, but it also gives a nod to its French style. It is a hymn to life, a personal tribute by Raúl Pérez to the happiness of walking on this land, and probably the wine with which he identifies best throughout its production. This Mencia vinified in whole bunches is assembled in three parts: one part in new barrels, another part in barrels used by more than 7 wines to create a good well-integrated wood aroma and finally in casks to preserve these beautiful aromas.
