The inaugural wine in our new and exclusive ‘Unfiltered’ range. This Monastrell from Vina Elena, one of Jumilla’s most coveted producers, is bottled without filtration to show the grape in all its glory. The concept of this range emerged from an extensive tasting at the winery where one particular tank – tank 214 – stood out for its delicate purity, so the decision was made there and then to transport all of that charm to our customers. Bright blue fruit, sun-baked soil and subtle dried fruit with a lovely, easy weight on the palate. Completely authentic and absolutely delicious.
