Tasting Note

This organic red wine is made by a Cooperative known as “Vallie Unite” situated in the North West of Piemonte. The members of the Cooperative produce all sorts of food and drink, including this exceptional value, savoury red. A really rustic earthy red with gamey notes and plenty of tannin.

The Valli Unite winery does not use invasive techniques such as sterile filtration, clarification or selected yeasts. The focus in the countryside is shifted to prevention and the search for balance through soil fertility, turf care and root/aerial balance. By removing these aids, the technical skills of the winemaker become fundamental.

This wine is suitable for consumption by Vegetarians and Vegans.

This wine is certified organic.
