ValliUnite–RossoDu–Piedmont

Amazing great value natural wine from Piedmont. It is a limited edition from Valli unite, a cooperative following biodynamic principles.

It is a blend of Croatina, Barbera and dolcetto with an addition of cortese (white grape). This red wine is juicy with red berries and low soft tannins. The white grape bring just a little bit of aromaticity to the blend.

The wine is very low in sulfites, they just added 5mg per litre and there is no filtration.

Although they use crown cap to close the bottle, it is a still wine.

Serve it slightly chilled to enjoy it !
