When we think of Syrah from theLanguedoc , we imagine very sunny Syrahs with maturity and concentration… Not so here! A blind tasting of this Syrah may well shake you up! On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit such as violets and redcurrants take center stage, setting the tone for a lovely crisp wine! On the palate, the first sensations are confirmed with a nice tension that gives a lot of pep and a very nice juicy side. The finish remains characteristic of Syrahs, with a peppery touch, and that little extra something from the iodine notes!
