Bright yellow straw colour with youthful green hints. On the nose, aromas of pineapple, apple and citrus with herbal hints. Dry in the mouth with an amazing balance of freshness and acidity. Good structure from fine lees�ageing and a long dry finish. (2024 �13% abv)

Vineyards: Planted more than 15 years ago. Dry land with gravelly soils at 700-800m. Yields 7500kg/ha.

Winemaking: Mechanical night harvest. Skin contact maceration of 4-5 hrs at 10C. Fermentation at 13.5C. Ageing on fine lees for approx 3 months, depending on daily tastings.

Food: White fish, tuna, sushi, seafood, salads, chicken, soft & blue cheeses.
