Produced from two north-facing plots of old vines, this Chardonnay reveals a remarkable balance between aromatic richness and mineral freshness. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels (10% of which are new) and vats, the “Vers le Bois 2022” cuvée has a refined nose combining juicy pear, citrus fruit, fresh butter and a hint of honey. The palate is full-bodied and taut, opening with a lovely salinity and stretching elegantly to a long, subtle finish. A white wine of character, reflecting meticulous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
