It’s no coincidence that the cuvée “Very Limoux” is so named: it embodies the richness of the magnificent Limoux terroir. The terraced vineyards to the west, planted on clay-limestone soils, give it minerality and elegance. The plots to the east bring sunshine and fruit, while the plots to the south add freshness. These ideal geographical conditions are complemented by meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar. Very Limoux is a round, smooth Chardonnay, with the patina of barrel ageing giving it gourmet brioche notes. Superb value for money in this appellation!
